UPDATE: After wearing it for over 3 years on daily walks in the mountains, daily training & running, at the sea & generally I've put it through its paces, the shoe remains LIKE NEW! INCREDIBLE DURABILITY! Only in the last year has the sole started to wear down from underneath, but still has plenty left before it’s completely worn out!

I believe the only better option someone could find
in this type of shoe is either something from HOKA (like the Mafate)
or something more expensive from NIKE (like the Zegama or the new Pegasus Trail).Advantages:
.Extremely comfortable with a super cushioned sole - foam
ideal for running or walking on asphalt or dirt roads
(it has a 1cm drop so it gives you plenty of push)
for standing for many hours
even if you have issues or pain in your feet.
.Absorbs shocks & hugs the foot.
.Robust & durable construction, yet airy & lightweight
(there are lighter shoes of course)
.Wide in the front & does not restrict toe movement.
.Beneath the foam, the rugged sole is hard, making it ideal for uneven terrain.
.There is an additional plastic protector at the front to prevent wear.
.In some colors, the sole comes in a specific color so that no matter how dirty it gets, it doesn’t show!
.Beautiful insole, aesthetic & well-thought-out design.Disadvantages:
.The laces need to be tied tightly because they loosen very easily.
.Slips on wet ground or very smooth surfaces, like almost all shoes with rugged soles.
.Does not have as good balance as all elevated shoes,
but still compared to others of its kind, it has far better balance.

First of all, a very nice shoe.. suitable for everyday use... but don't be fooled.. it is very decent for hiking and running on uneven terrain... I will write again in the future about its durability because it is a recent purchase

The shoe is the best thing I have ever worn in my life. I don't think I will ever switch to another brand. Very stable and incredibly comfortable to walk in. Suitable for everyday use but also for walking on uneven terrain, for which it is exceptional due to the grip of the sole and the stability on the foot.

I am a hotelier and I mention it because my job is VERY demanding!!! Lots of stairs in the building, lots of carrying, lots of walking, and a lot of static movements all around. For this job, I got the "MASTER" Nike Pegasus Trail 3, which I don't want to take off my feet! Now, for anything that requires the PERFECT GRIP!!! I am obsessed with this shoe!!! It has a very soft insole and sole and A LOT of static softness (let me put it that way). I not only recommend it for demanding jobs and rough terrain and mountains and rocks and anything wild! TOP!!!

Used for olive picking in rough field terrain with stones... I was impressed!!! Compared to the boots I tried... simply TOP!!! I step on stones and it simply doesn't bother me at all on my foot!
