    Very good product, it inflates as much as you want and supports the head better than a travel pillow. I think it is perfect for sleeping in an upright position on an airplane. I turn it upside down to support the chin. It secures with Velcro. To prevent the seams from opening, I suggest not inflating it to the Max. Inflate it to 80-90% so that with the weight it reaches 100%
