3 stars not because it's not a good refrigerator but:
1. It's not value for money. When I bought it, the regular one without the dispenser and the display was priced at 400. The dispenser is slow and the display has analog buttons (not touch), they just hide them under a soft plastic, the feeling is similar to the +/- sound buttons on mobile phones.
2. It makes noise at night, even from a distance of 5 meters from the couch I can hear it, but personally, it doesn't bother me at all.
3. Its freezer doesn't have space for ice trays, etc., only 3 "small" drawers.You might ask me why did I buy it: my partner liked the dispenser and the buttons.

In the approximately 4 years that I not only didn't have the cooling at maximum, but I used it very gently so as not to strain it, since I had no reason to since until recently I was alone and it was empty, only for water and soft drinks. The freezer may be working, but I'm not sure. The food is now garbage as I didn't notice, there was no notification. Tomorrow I will contact and write about the developments. Update: Ice had formed where the fan is and it got stuck, causing the blade to bend. It was replaced with a cost of 30 euros altogether. The fan is located in the freezer and has three screws. You unscrew them, remove the entire back as it is, heat it with a hairdryer to melt the ice, and then screw it back in case someone experiences this issue so that the blade doesn't break or the motor that turns it doesn't burn.

Did you find this review helpful?I bought this refrigerator 3 years ago from a store here in Skroutz. It is a very beautiful refrigerator, but believe me, it is not worth it. After exactly 3 years, it started leaking, and the official Samsung service told me that it cannot be repaired. You understand that it is not possible to throw away white goods every 3 years that cost around 500 euros! After speaking with the company, they told me they would look into my case, but after 1.5 months of being without a refrigerator, they initially said they would replace it with a small contribution because it is not possible for it to break in 3 years. They called me to make their offer: 500 euros for a new refrigerator. UNACCEPTABLE! So, the replacement would cost me the same as buying a new one? And they would only change it for 100 euros if it wasn't an import, regardless of whether the 2-year warranty had expired. So, I DO NOT recommend it to ANYONE! There is no coverage from Samsung's service

Did you find this review helpful?I wanted a refrigerator that dispenses water without having to open it and generally does not spoil my food with moisture. I also wanted it to be Nofrost (a must-have nowadays) and as quiet as possible.
So, for these money, it was the most reasonable choice for me and the company (Samsung) was also very helpful.
After 2 months, I came to these conclusions.
Positives:
+The water dispenser is literally a game-changer. It's great to go to the refrigerator and get water without opening and closing it, and then opening bottles to pour water into your glass. You go like a gentleman with your glass, it serves you, and you're done. It was one of the main reasons I chose this refrigerator. There was another Samsung model for 100 euros more that had an extra drawer for vegetables, but I didn't want to pay that extra. The ones with water dispensers started from 900 euros and above, if I remember correctly. Maybe even 1000.
+It cools the items inside very well and there are no issues there.
+It has an external option (no need to open the refrigerator) to adjust the temperature. It also has the option to adjust the degrees in Celsius instead of increasing the power. It gives you the option to precisely adjust the temperature. The cooling has options: 1°, 2°, 3°, 5°, 7°, and the freezing: -15°, 17°, 19°, 21°.
+The freezing has an option to boost the power and freeze things faster. I have tried it several times and noticed that it takes a little time to kick in. It doesn't happen immediately when you press it. I don't know the reason, but if it gets going, it gives a lot of power.
+The color is very beautiful, but the best thing about it is that it doesn't get fingerprints and dirt. When I opened it, I accidentally stuck a piece of tape with glue on it and tried to rub it off, and the image of the tape simply disappeared. The glue was there, but it wasn't visible. I don't know what material it is made of, but I was impressed.
+The freezing has a lot of space and it's at the bottom, not on top like many refrigerators. Very positive.
+In my opinion, the refrigerator is quite quiet, although everyone has a different opinion on the matter. Compared to what I had in the past, this is the quietest because generally ALL refrigerators make some noise. I am 15 meters away and there is a door between us. When I close the door, I don't hear anything. When I open it and it's running, you hear something, but it's not annoying or I don't know. I really don't pay attention to it.
Now let's move on to the negatives:
-The biggest thing that disappointed me was that the refrigerator didn't have adjustable shelves. They were fixed in one position, and the result was that a 330ml beer couldn't fit upright. It was tragic. Yes, the door has shelves for this purpose, but not for more than 8 beers. I had refrigerators that had adjustable shelves where you could raise or lower them wherever you wanted.
-When I open the door, it closes by itself and with force. You can't leave it open where you left it. I don't know if it's because of my floor or if it has some inclination that I'm not aware of, but my old refrigerator didn't do that. You open the refrigerator and the door hits your shoulder. If you push it a little, it comes back at you. And if you forget and use force to close it, then whatever was inside the door gets shattered.
-There are some occasional knocks, as some others have mentioned, but nothing terrible or annoying. Just a couple of taps every three days.
-It has an egg holder for only 6 eggs. Okay, a bit stingy. However, it has a seam on the door where you can put some extras, but you have to be careful because the door, the way it closes, can break everything. It also has a very small freezer. It could have been bigger.
-When you open the door a few times, the rubber makes a small noise when closing the door. This showed me that the construction could have been a little better.
-Inside, there is a container where you put water to take from the outside without opening the refrigerator. It only holds 4.5 liters. It could have been a little bigger, but maybe there was a problem with the space or the weight of the door. It's a bit of a hassle in the summer because you have to fill it every 2 days. However, in the winter, things might be better.
Overall, I am satisfied because I got some things I wanted (as I mentioned in my introduction) at a relatively low price. Some other things could have been better, but okay, I won't go crazy. I didn't pay 1000 euros for a refrigerator to have crazy demands.

The refrigerator is from Bulgaria and it doesn't have instructions in Greek, only in Bulgarian. The noise level is moderate, the LED lighting is very nice, and the space is good.

Quite economical for A+ (measured with a suitable instrument, daily consumption is 0.7 kW, meaning annual consumption is 255 kW). The compartments are satisfactory with great practicality in the shelf that functions as a drawer.

Important that it has a 10-year motor warranty.
The water dispenser helps especially in the summer because you don't have to constantly open and close the door for water or anything else you want to put in the fridge.
Perfect for 3 people. For 4 or more, I wouldn't recommend it on a daily basis, more for freezing. I think they will need an additional 30 liters.
