While it seemed very good in terms of features, it doesn't perform its job correctly. It would constantly drop the internet connection. I believe that, even though I had disabled power save & sleep, it would go to sleep every 10 minutes.
I contacted Tenda, but after 2-3 emails they stopped responding.
Additionally, this particular product is not supported by the mobile app.
It doesn't work for me only with micro USB as mentioned in another comment. The battery lasts quite a while, but it also drains when not in use, which is not justified.
I removed the PIN to make the connection easier.
The boot is relatively slow.
Some iPhones had connection issues from time to time.
It has plenty of online information and a manual for beginners for setting up
The most important thing for me is that it can operate without the battery, only with power supply from micro USB. Because if you have it permanently connected to the power with the battery inside, the battery deteriorates over time and doesn't last even 30 minutes.
With 2100mah, it lasts longer than similar Huawei/ZTE devices, because others usually have a 1500mah battery. Plastic and build quality are OK.
Stable, it has never frozen.
It's a headache to set it up to connect directly to the mobile network after startup. First, you turn it off from the main page, activate auto connect, and then turn it back on. See the screenshots.
The instructions are difficult to read because the font is so small. Also, I can't get it to work as they say. Windows 10 can't find the device. So I only use it as a hotspot. But this is not a problem if you have wireless. It works very well. It is also very well made. It is much better than what you will find at your phone company.
