The Ugreen charging adapter can replace the one you had or improve your phone's charging if the old one is not as fast. The package does not include a cable, so you will need to use the one from your phone. It supports Quick Charge 3.0, which should be compatible with your phone. Otherwise, your phone will charge slowly, as with a conventional charger.

It performs as promised, quite fast and stable charging even on non-fast charge devices. I mainly use it to charge controllers or mobile phones, etc.
Purchased for "fast" charging of Samsung A1_ series mobile phones, which are budget phones with a maximum charging power of 15W. It meets the charging times predicted by Samsung.
Nowadays, mobile phone manufacturers no longer provide a charger with every new phone. And because I wanted to get a new charger for my new phone (a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra), I searched for it extensively. And I ended up with this one here. I have been using it for almost a month now. In addition to charging my phone, I also charge various other devices (hands-free headphones, tablet, and a wireless mouse). I am completely satisfied.
First of all, I'm not sure what evaluation you can write for a mobile phone charger. Because - more or less - all chargers on the market will manage to charge a mobile phone. It's not that difficult. So, where is the differentiation? ... And yet ... !!!
I gave it 5 stars in the evaluation because: A) It has excellent value-for-money. B) It charges my phone quite fast. C) The build quality looks very good (and it has a very well-designed packaging). D) It hardly heats up at all. E) Its specifications are excellent (QC 3.0, 18W, current up to 3A). F) All the equivalent chargers cost exactly twice as much (I got this one for €6.82).
NOTE: My wife also uses the exact same charger to charge her own phone, the iPhone 13 Pro Max. And with the iPhone, it charges perfectly.
It is an excellent charger, at an excellent price, and it will not bother you at all. I highly recommend it. It is a quality build, charges quickly, and I consider it one of the best options. Ugreen generally produces very good peripherals. And this charger of theirs is no exception. Perfect for high-end phones.
