NAS by Western Digital, in Tower form, is mainly intended for home use. NAS hosts hard drives, allowing for large data storage with security, directly connected to the Router. They create a personal cloud, making files accessible from any device you own.

Emphasis is placed on creating backups, which are performed automatically through settings, as well as on entertainment, with the ability to play content on all accessible devices.

It features a built-in 36TB drive and consists of the Marvell ARMADA 385 processor with 1GB DDR3 RAM. It incorporates USB ports for connecting devices such as printers and USB Sticks, as well as HDMI for connection to a monitor or TV.

Supports RAID 0, 1, JBOD capabilities:

• RAID 0: Used for speed purposes, adding the speed of all drives.
• RAID 1: Copying one drive to another, ensuring system operation even with the failure of one drive.
• JBOD: Pertains to Apple's systems, with the adaptation of the configured space from multiple drives.
