In a magical way, all the significant events of life are combined with some dish that serves as the reference point for each memory. So, I decided to record them and share them with you. And don't think that I'm offering you a book of memoirs of my life. After all, I have no thrilling experiences to narrate. I'm just an ordinary person. However, I have small snapshots of everyday madness related to food that are funny. And they might even prompt you to reflect on your own thoughts, leading you to your personal gastronomic profile, even if it might not align with the images that the media tries to impose. I've eaten and eaten in my life. I've spent and spent so much that if I had saved it, I would now have a 200-square-meter apartment in a luxurious neighborhood and a chic residential complex. But, I'm still renting and – believe me – I don't mind at all.
