We have sliced pieces of homemade bread with a thickness of 3 millimeters so that the baby can eat bread without dropping crumbs! I do not regret the cost at all!

The best thing for a large knife intended for household use. I got it mainly to cut bread. All the Victorinox knives I have stand out in how easy and sharp they are compared to regular knives, as well as how many years they last while remaining just as sharp. To go for something higher that will have even more durability without needing sharpening, you have to give five times, maybe even ten times the money.
