I also suggest getting the size you usually wear. For example, I always wear Large but according to the size chart here, I should have gotten Medium. Luckily, I didn't pay attention, got Large, and it fits me fine. Talk to the store before making a purchase so you don't waste your money (underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons).
