The only thing you need to get used to is that it "pushes" you a little forward in the seat. Other than that, for people with back problems, it is an amazing solution.

For its price, it is the best thing I have. I have had it for a few days and I preferred it because of my herniated disc in the middle. The seat needs to be slightly tilted back to make the driver more comfortable. It's not one hundred percent comfortable, but you get used to it quickly. However, it helps with driving in the middle

Flawless product. I bought it due to lower back pain while driving. It literally transformed the driving experience and provides a different sense of comfort. I bought two, one for the driver and one for the passenger. I highly recommend it, especially if your car seat lacks lumbar support.
