I have been taking turmeric for years for my joints, so when I experience sudden pain in my tendons, etc., after 2-4 days the discomfort disappears and I stop taking them. I use Swanson because I have seen that their supplements (especially this one) work, and they are usually more affordable than other companies. This time I took it for 3 days and the discomfort is gone. Also, the price under 3€ is unmatched by anything else.
