The Schulke & Mayr Rotasept® dental instrument disinfectant is specially designed for the disinfection and cleaning of burs and rotary instruments.

Ready to use without the need for dilution, it is a mild disinfectant solution with high effectiveness and special anti-corrosion protection.

The Schulke & Mayr Rotasept® cleaning disinfectant is alcohol-based, aldehyde-free, and compatible with ultrasound. 100g of the disinfectant cleaner contains 6g of potassium hydroxide, 10.0g of propan-2-ol, 0.1g of 2-ethylhexanol, and is compliant with regulation (EC) No 6482004 <5% non-ionic surfactants.

The Schulke & Mayr Rotasept® special dental instrument cleaner is a ready-to-use product and is added undiluted to the bath. If Schulke & Mayr Rotasept® is used as a disinfectant cleaner, place each small rotary instrument in the solution immediately after use to avoid surface drying of dirt.

Rinse all instruments thoroughly after processing, using at least potable water quality, or preferably sterile distilled water or fully deionized water, to completely remove any solution residues. Plastics, aluminum parts, and instruments sensitive to alcohol, which are made with synthetic resin adhesives, should not be placed in the Schulke & Mayr Rotasept® solution.
