Compared to the Misty that I have, the Viola look like "flip-flops." That is, they are much lighter (perhaps due to a different sole) and the leather straps are much thinner. They are true to size at least in length, but they have a narrow "line" in the width of the shoe. Overall, they are beautiful as a shoe, but I expected them to be more "sturdy" based on my previous experience with the Misty.
