It really does what it promises! The hair is smoother from the first wash, but I don't find the shape convenient at all, as I am used to smaller round bars. It doesn't have a strong scent and produces less lather than other solid shampoos I have tried. However, it deserves the 5 stars because it leaves the hair smoother and softer than any other of its kind.

I was afraid it would be like those solid shampoos that don't lather at all. But it does! It creates a nice lather, smells wonderful, the shape is very helpful for use, and the little ribbon for hanging is great too. Of course, if you have a lot of long hair like I do, it's not for frequent washes, but that's okay! It really does leave the hair smooth and shiny after washing.

It was somewhat inconvenient in the shower and it annoyed me a little until I managed to put it on. The annoyance quickly disappeared when my hair dried, which was AMAZING. I have frizzy hair and yet it didn't frizz. Literally magical. I don't know if the shampoo or the conditioner made it magical because I bought both. Also, I don't know if I would buy it again because, as I mentioned, it is inconvenient in the shower, but for traveling (especially by plane where there are restrictions on carrying liquids) it is the best. Throughout the season (3 months), I used it for washing my hair every day or every two days.
