FAN Y CABLE: A PWM Header to control multiple Fan Speed. The Fan Y Cable supports two PWM fans for control from a PWM Header on the Motherboard. Additionally, two cables can be daisy-chained to connect up to 3 ST120 or Bora Digital fans to a single PWM Header on the Motherboard.
Make sure to set the Motherboard Header to PWM mode in the BIOS.

It's quite ridiculous that these are not provided in a 3-pcs package for UNI FANS. Aside from that, it is NECESSARY to purchase these if you want to replace fans in AIOs with those from Lian-Li and connect them to the controller via the SYNC port.
I haven't tried to see how other devices (non-LianLi) react to the Sync port of a controller, but with the Arctic Liquid Freezer III, I connected the RGB of the pump with that of the UNI FAN SL-INF and it works normally and shows the same colors using L-Connect 3.
In general, for future readers, it requires a lot of searching with Lian-Li fans, and this makes things a bit easier as it allows you to do many things with Lian-Li (and non-Lian-Li) products.
