Pulse Oximetry
The above test is conducted with the well-known oximeter, just place the oximeter on your finger
Within a few seconds the oximeter will measure your pulse and the oxygen saturation of hemoglobin (SpO2)
Basic conditions for a reliable measurement are not smoking in the last hour, additionally, the nail should not be painted, the fingers should be clean, and not after intense physical exercise
For use, the middle finger is recommended due to the larger application surface on the reading sensor

The latest. Because I visited the Medical Athens Errikos. Ntynan and a Pulmonologist in his office, I can confidently say that the oximeter does not measure correctly. In the best case, it measures 2 below the hospital level. In some cases, much lower, and generally it does not have stability in measurements. The esperanza for 15€ is much more accurate in its measurements. Do not buy this specific oximeter.
It is made of titanium! We got it at the beginning of the 21st century. This poor thing has endured the sufferings of Christ in our hands. It has fallen on the floor at least 30 times, IT HAS BEEN WASHED IN THE WASHING MACHINE and yet it is still intact and expensive, it has been compared to another in new condition which proves its accuracy. I say it's worth its money. The photo is current.
Completely unreliable and inaccurate, it shows oxygen levels at 93, 99, 95, generally fluctuating 5 degrees in seconds (such a thing does not actually happen), also the heart rate it shows is approximately at best, of course it does not show sudden changes and I would say that what it shows is usually 5-10 pulses higher than normal.
It measures whatever it wants. The heart rate is random (it showed 116 but in reality it was 89). The oxygen level showed 89% once and then 97% in the next measurement. Don't even take it for free. There are other more reliable options.
value for money, good construction appears durable, it has a case and strap and the first batteries inside the original box.
Beurer has been honest so far!
Good construction. Beautiful device, the screen rotates on its own in all directions.
However, once it showed me a strangely low measurement for no reason. I will come back with more details.
Because it is not a professional product like all the products in its category, we must be careful when applying it to the finger that it is not too dry and rough. Choose a finger like the middle finger, for example.
Excellent, the measurements with parallel measurement appear to be accurate. The graphics on the screen change direction depending on how you rotate your hand. Very good construction, I recommend it.
Sturdy, high-quality, of course 32 euros is not a small amount. I will emphasize the 5-year warranty it comes with!! It is an investment! If someone now wishes to spend 10 to 20 euros on a non-branded Chinese product, they should think again...
It is the third (different brands) that I buy and I hope it is the last. Faster and with larger characters than the previous ones. You get what you pay for!
I use it for professional medical use,
in comparison to medical monitors, the values appear generally reliable.
There are times when the measurement initially shows falsely lower saturation, but if it is placed on other fingers, the value stabilizes at normal levels (sometimes it may be a patient-related issue, but it has been observed frequently).
In terms of durability, it fell once from ~1m, essentially disassembling (in the "hinges" and some elastic coatings it has inside), but I easily reassembled it and it has been functioning normally since then.
Considering its price, I believe it is a good choice, especially for healthcare professionals in everyday use.
It is definitely a very high-quality and sturdy construction, with careful packaging including even a carrying case. Accurate measurements compared to a sphygmomanometer and another oximeter device. I have some doubt about whether the extra cost is worth it compared to cheaper devices for home use. In terms of build quality, it is definitely much superior to machines I have seen in the range of 20 euros.
I bought this for my elderly parents, both of whom have heart and respiratory problems! It is truly a very high-quality device, both in terms of functionality and construction. In measurements, it tends to be more accurate compared to cheaper devices on the market.
I bought it for my parents and I tried it myself. The measurements seem to be accurate (although we are not doctors!). Its construction is very high quality. It is convenient that the screen rotates according to the hand you are using it with.
Satisfactory, I have the impression that it shows lower saturation, also in the oxygen measurement, I have noticed different readings, for example, it shows a different value on the left indicator and a different measurement on the right indicator, I will see it in the future - maybe I am responsible for its handling
We got it two weeks ago. So far, it seems very good to me. It doesn't have any significant deviations in measurements, neither in adults nor in infants.
I chose it because of the company, which I considered reliable, and because of its design and construction. I haven't used it much, but I see consistency in the measurements so far. The rotation function is very practical.
It seems to have very good build quality.
The indication on the screen rotates on its own depending on which hand you have it, right or left, for easier reading. I have only had it for a few days, so I don't know how reliable its indications are. I chose it over other cheaper ones because it is from a well-known company and it offers a 5-year warranty.
Reliable and accurate in its measurements. Good, user-friendly. Excellent pulse measurement, shows the same as the blood pressure monitor. The only thing is that I have it for a short time to see its construction.
In hospital use, it has concerned me. I believe that it displays lower saturation levels and does not accurately capture contractions in the vaginal flutter. Perhaps it is still premature to judge. We will see in the future.
