I had it for only a few months and the screen broke with moderate use and overall careful handling.

If you have a Fritz!box router, then you don't have a simple wireless phone but a powerful tool. Generally very satisfied with the build quality, setup, and design. The price is a bit high though

I want to add to what others are saying - which are all very correct.
1. The phone is without the base - meaning it doesn't work on its own, you need a DECT base - preferably a FRITZ!Box -
2. Without a FRITZ!Box, you won't be able to take advantage of its capabilities - and it may not work properly.
3. The headphone jack is compatible with mobile ones - not with the thinner ones of Panasonic landlines!
4. It is slim and lightweight, but it doesn't have a clip at the back to help you wear it with headphones.
5. The screen is relatively good and bright.
6. It updates its software.
7. The sound quality from its speakers is average.
8. The coverage range from the base is quite good.
9. There are many settings - but it takes work to make any of them work.
10. A major downside is that it doesn't have Bluetooth.
11. It is not resistant to impacts and water.
12. It doesn't have Greek - when the FRITZ!Box sends the information about who is calling, it also shows a picture of the caller if you have set it up in Google Contacts and imported the contacts to the FRITZ!Box.
13. You can categorize contacts into 3 categories and have different ringtones.
14. It doesn't have an answering machine - it doesn't have anything, those are features of the FRITZ!Box base. If you have a FRITZ!Box, then you can add as many handsets as you want.
15. You can record the conversation - the recording is done on the connected base - for more storage, you can use a disk or USB.
16. One downside is that when I use headphones, there is a loud buzzing sound as I move away from the base - I will try with different headphones.
