    From what I've heard from a pharmacist, the best form of vitamin C, because it stays in the body much longer than effervescent ones. The smell and taste it leaves are light and very good, like chocolate. I felt that it does its job, although I wasn't exposed to any extreme conditions or came into contact with sick people to confirm it. The only downside is that the capsule seemed a bit larger than other vitamins from this specific brand. Personally, I had no problem swallowing it, but I mention it because some people are concerned about that.
