  I bought the product at the beginning of summer for its storage space and large RAM memory. Unfortunately, while the browsing programs show a 128 GB disk, the available hard disk is only 3.49 GB. The company has not assisted me so far because they say that 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product, but not the warranty. The only thing they mentioned is that the operating system also occupies some space, but it cannot be 120 GB! I did not use it immediately due to work. However, the product works, but I am not satisfied because it does not have enough space for me to use it as I want... Therefore, I do not recommend buying the product to anyone. I am not a programmer to know such details. The only thing I did was to reset it to factory settings without fixing the problem. After installing 2 other browsing programs, the disk clearly shows 8 GB. The file manager program deceives the user about the system's internal space. The logos on the box with the 5G are missing and the remote control is different. The company refuses to refund the product because I did not keep the packaging... The file manager 1.0 is the default file browser from the factory and it displays values as they are tested...
