  I hadn't worn this specific flip flop for years. As an old swimmer, I had changed many. The problem back then was that they would cut from the side. Previously, they had a different quality in the materials used and in the weight. The new ones, despite being lighter, are noticeably harder to step on. The thongs are made of hard plastic and not soft like before, resulting in me not being able to walk easily, hence the three stars in the evaluation.

  Do not wash them with hot water and do not let them dry in the sun so that they do not come off either the surface that the foot steps on or the edges. And even if they come off, they stick back on. The important thing is that they do not tear, so they will last you for years.

  I have bought Arena swimming flip-flops with massage grid spikes 3 times so far because I have been using them for many years. I avoid moisture and foot fungus, and the continuous massage also helps keep my feet warm in the winter.
  The first time they were perfect for years.
  The second time, the plastic spikes (grid) on the soles came off very quickly, even though I didn't wear them in the swimming pool. Fortunately, they replaced them for me.
  The third time, they held up moderately well, but the side retention points of the flip-flop's arch came off quite a bit. However, I found a cobbler in Galatsi who glued them firmly twice already.
  Nevertheless, I prefer them because when I bought similar Adidas flip-flops once, the massage spikes started to break off very quickly.

  Update 21-2-2023:
  I finally found a solution and I glue them myself with a moment glue from Jumbo for 2€.
  Unfortunately, though (even though I wear them carefully, dry, and only at home), one flip-flop tore from the mesh covering, so I will buy new ones.
  Update 24-2-2023:
  I bought new red ones for 24€.
