Effect Liners are particularly suitable for applying attractive smooth "pearls." For optimal 3D effect, hold the tip just above the surface and gently squeeze the paint.

Drying time: 24 hours. For indoor use only.

When applied to fabrics:

• Wash the fabric without fabric softener before application.
• Wash at 40 °C.
