Very good device, it does exactly what it promises. Sometimes, however, even with new batteries, it shows a low battery indication, which is not normal. In this case, ignore this indication and simply close and reopen the device and miraculously it will work properly. Otherwise, it is a wonderful device with a good sensor and very good foam. I definitely recommend it, especially if you have small children because they get bored of washing their hands. This device makes washing fun.

Very nice scent, I would buy it again easily if the device didn't require a new battery every week, so I don't use the device, therefore I can't buy the replacement

It does not allow you to refill the container with another soap.
This is the biggest negative.
