We do not have prior experience with projectors, we wanted something small and lightweight. We bought the m2e and used it for 2-3 days. The brightness is excellent, as well as the resolution and clarity. The colors are very vibrant (almost too much! especially the blues, but I haven't made any adjustments). The negatives are quite annoying:
A. Aligning the projection is a big hassle if you view it from an angle (keystone correction, etc.), it doesn't do it automatically and it takes a while to fix. If you have it in a fixed position, you set it up once and you're good, but if you want to move it to different spaces, it's a problem... Maybe another brand of portable projectors has these features automatically.
B. It has Aptoide as its operating system, which is based on Android apps, but it is independent of Google Android TV, etc., and setting up the apps you need is a problem! I haven't found a solution yet...
C. The video player it has is not the best in terms of handling.
D. It doesn't have a built-in battery, but it is recommended to use a powerful power bank.
Overall, it's a very good machine, we enjoy the image and sound (although we don't have a screen yet and better speakers), but honestly, considering the above negatives, I would seriously consider a similar product from another company, such as the Xgimi Elfin
