I tried it for work in my office where I have modeling cars, its lighting at the distance I have it, about 1-1.5 meters, I have been using it for 1 week at half light intensity and it is perfect! It has a total of 3 magnets, but the 2 that are at the back and not at the base were the reason I bought it, strong magnets. I have placed it on an iron shelf and it requires a little pressure to take it off... It lasts 4-5 hours of daily use until it reaches 1-4 battery indication.... It has many other features, but I will come back in a while as I will have used it more. The only negative is that the packaging does not include a USB to socket adapter
