Well guys, I've had it for a month now and I'm very satisfied. First of all, let me tell you that I've been a smoker for 33 years and I managed to easily quit regular cigarettes with glo. Let me start with the device. It is very high quality and relatively heavy. It gives me about 18-20 cigarettes every time I charge it. The device heats up externally but at normal levels. It lasts for 4 minutes per cigarette and you can take puffs as often as you like, if you take it slow, you can enjoy the smoke. If you press the button once and immediately release it, it shows you the battery level. Now let's talk about the tobacco sticks. At first, it seemed a bit strange to me (3-4 sticks), it had a weird taste, but then I got hooked literally. I smoked it without breaking the capsule in the filter and I'm hooked on the morning Click flavor (coffee flavor). Now that I break it, it seems even better. I'm now waiting for the vanilla flavor to arrive. Overall, I like all the flavors, some less and some more, except for the mint which... It's worth trying for those of you who are already smokers because you will definitely quit regular cigarettes. First of all, let me say that I have tried all the heated cigarettes from all the brands. I ended up with glo mainly because of its price (device/sticks). The battery life is indeed for 20 cigarettes (despite what some may say), but not continuously (you can have up to 3 consecutive cigarettes and if it cools down a bit, you can continue). I have tried all their models (when they were released) starting from 5 (so that I don't run out since I smoke quite a lot) and I managed to finish the whole pack with one charge.

In regular mode, it lasts for 4 minutes, and in boost mode, 3 minutes. Some claim it lasts for 2 minutes and other different things, but they simply aren't true, so try timing it in both modes.

Now, as for the flavors of the cigarettes, it is purely subjective, depending on each person's taste. I personally like the terracotta ones and they suit me well. Another thing I wanted to emphasize is the ease of cleaning compared to other products on the market. I clean it after every pack.

The device does get warm during use, but not to the extent that you can't touch it, as I hear/read. Also, if you smoke consecutive cigarettes like I do, it's logical for it to get warmer, but not to the point of burning.

Also, regarding the quality of the device, I must say that in all brands, it can easily be defective from the beginning or break along the way.

As for the sticks, I haven't found any flaws in the neo ones so far, whereas with iqos, I encountered quite a few faulty ones.

And if someone doesn't like the flavors of the neo sticks, it doesn't automatically mean they are useless.

Regarding the burning sensation on the lips that some mention, I experienced it in the first 2-3 packs when I first started. As for the throat irritation, it can indeed bother some people. In the beginning, everything is irritating, but with time (it took me 4 days to get used to it), you get accustomed to it.

I would also like to mention that while the puffs are unlimited, towards the end, they are not strong and full. This, of course, happens with all similar products because when the tobacco is fully heated, it's logical that it doesn't perform as well.

Coming from smoking for 20 years.
One day I bought the glo from a promotion at a supermarket. 14€ device + 5 packs. I chose the classic tobacco directly because the girl told me it might be the only one that comes close to tobacco, and especially for people who want to quit regular cigarettes without missing them. Well, she convinced me, and I bought it. The same afternoon I tried it was the last time I smoked. No exaggeration. The nicotine content fully satisfied me, without having to search for a puff from a regular cigarette here and there. Something that happened to me with an e-cigarette. So, to understand, I haven't smoked tobacco or cigarettes for 4-5 months. And the truth is, I don't miss it at all. A couple of times I smoked from my husband's (we used the same tobacco), because my glo ran out of battery, and I felt disgusted and nauseous. Me? Who smoked tobacco for over 20 years.
Also, I want to emphasize that since I started using Glo, I got rid of the well-known smoker's cough and inflammations. A big plus for me.
Now, onto the negatives...
I would like a more elegant design, a slimmer profile.
In this aspect, Iqos wins!!!! There is no doubt that the design of Iqos is clearly superior.
Now, the price... It is the most affordable in this stick category, yes... but, I got it at 2.5€ and now it's 2.8€. Why, dear Glo? If you know that if you raise the prices, the consumer will turn elsewhere, and thankfully, there are other options. We, who smoke Glo, are loyal to you because of the low cost of the sticks, so don't disappoint us.

A year has passed, and I continue with Glo.

I bought the first one from a kiosk for 15€ + 4 packs of sticks, 1 of each flavor. I liked it, so after a few days when they had a promotion, I bought a second device (black) with 4 packs as a gift, again for 15€. I bought the third device (gold) from the company's website with 4 packs of sticks as a gift.
In summary: the device holds for 16-20 cigarettes as many people claim, and then it needs to be charged. That's why I have 3 devices, one for smoking, a second one in my pocket in case the battery of the first one runs out, and the third one in the charger.
The main use is in the workplace, because the boss and his mother don't smoke, only his sister who is in the attic, but when she lights a cigarette, the smell spreads in the shop and the others complain. When I used to smoke regular cigarettes, I would take 2-3 puffs and put it out, or I had to go outside, which is difficult because I work in a printing shop and you can't leave the press unattended. But you can't leave the customers (especially the KENO players) waiting to smoke in the convenience store either, nor inside the car when I'm making deliveries. So, with the glo hyper+, I can smoke wherever and whenever I want since it doesn't produce much smoke or smell (arctic blue stick) to bother or stick to the plastic and seats. The highlight was when I smoked 3-4 sticks in front of the counter where the boss's mother was sitting and she didn't notice, in fact, she asked me if I still smoke. When I told her that I had already smoked, she was surprised.
The charging takes about 3 hours with a regular phone charger at 2A, so I leave the empty one on the workbench in the morning and take it when I leave at noon, or I leave it overnight before I finish work and pick it up in the morning when I return to work.
The device looks high-quality, the first one is still holding up well since I bought it in May, with only a small round scratch on the paint. Each smoking session lasts about 4 minutes, so it requires a little more puffing, but when you smoke a regular cigarette, half of it goes to waste if you forget about it for a while.
As for how hot it gets when you hold it, come on, in order to burn the tobacco inside the stick, it reaches 230 degrees more than what the company claims, but still, you can hold it comfortably, it's just a little warmer. What do you want, for it to have a kilo of insulation to be completely cold? Then wrap it with insulating material and double its size and weight. If you want to see if it burns, leave it in the sun for 1-2 minutes (especially the black one) and then touch it (I left it on the passenger seat). After that, the warmth it emits when you smoke will feel like normal temperature.
I only experienced coughing problems with the first pack, but a sore throat and phlegm? Only a little coughing if I smoke in the morning right after waking up, without eating or drinking anything, but that happens whenever you smoke anything.
From the company's website, you can buy sticks at a discount (monthly subscription) if you want to save 5€ and only pay 50€, but personally, I prefer to buy them from the kiosk and "lose" the extra money, as the kiosk owner also makes a profit and we exchange a "hello" when we meet, it's a small gain, and I don't need to spend a collected 50€, just 5.60€ every two days (two packs).
As for the flavors, that's a personal preference of each individual, just like with drinks or food. If you don't break the capsule inside the stick, then it has the taste of tobacco and not the taste of mint or menthol, which I prefer.

In the end, I managed to finish the black one, which was the second one I bought. The reason is simple: I didn't clean them after about 20 - 25 sticks as the company says, but later. During the last cleaning, when I put the brush inside from the bottom side, it got stuck and part of the device flew out from the top side. I couldn't put it back in place, so it was abandoned, as you can understand, from now on, cleaning much more frequently, maybe to save the rest.

As a traditional smoker, I tried the Glo 2 experience twice, the second time recently with the new Glo Hyper+ device at the special kiosk price (10 euros + two packs of sticks as a gift). The device and the corresponding sticks have improved significantly compared to the previous Glo Nano version (priced at 15 euros). The sticks (specifically the Classic Tobacco flavor) are wonderful on the palate, leaving an exceptional aroma in the room reminiscent of freshly brewed coffee, and the smoking duration has noticeably improved compared to the older model. The battery lasts quite a long time (I haven't had to charge it since I purchased it - note that the device has a Type-C USB port and corresponding cable). The amount of smoke reaching the mouth is more than enough to satisfy the tastes of a traditional smoker. At a package price of 2.80 euros, I will definitely choose this experience again (and I hope that the price of the stick packs will remain at the same level without increasing). By quitting smoking and switching to a reduced-risk cigarette, I decided to try heated tobacco... (not electronic...)
I started with the Pulze I'd promotion that I found at a kiosk!
Good, strong, but something bothers me about the flavors...
I decided to get the Solid, which is very good, but due to my craziness to quit smoking, I tried everything!
Then the Iluma came out, I got the Iluma One, which is very good, it lasts about 5:30 minutes, but I can't stand the flavors of Russet, Siena, bronze, so I went back to my favorite Solid, which costs €3.50 per pack instead of €4.
I returned the I'd and got the Glo for €5 with one pack.
Well, the Glo, after trying the most tobacco-like one, Golden, is awesome!
Very nice smoke, relatively short duration, timed at 4 minutes.
But it satisfied me, covered me, I didn't even light a cigarette on the lid.
I think it will become my main device.
It seems to drain my battery easily, but that's a small downside, I always have a charger with me!
Maybe the only thing that comes close to a cigarette is the Glo, with a nice smoking-enjoyment sensation.
I have it on the side to finish the Solid packs before I start buying regular packs for the Glo.
Conclusion: Glo has a perfect flavor, Golden has a nice hit that satisfies you like a cigarette, but I would like more burning time than 4 minutes.
The good thing is that you can take as many puffs as you want without worrying, for example, with Solid, which is great, and maybe 4 minutes are enough!
Glo and Solid are by far better than all the others.
Try Glo, awful flavor, I didn't find it satisfying like some did with Golden at least!

Το τσιγάρο διαρκεί λιγότερο από 4 λεπτά, με αποτέλεσμα να καπνίζεις αγχωμένα και να τραβάς τη μια τζούρα μετά την άλλη για να προλάβεις το φωτάκι πριν σβήσει. Δεν είναι τρόπος καπνίσματος αυτός, ειδικά για κάποιον που προσπαθεί να κόψει το κάπνισμα. Η μπαταρία σε καμία περίπτωση δεν διαρκεί για 20 τσιγάρα, αυτό όμως το αντιμετωπίζω με την power bank που έτσι κι αλλιώς κουβαλάω πάντα μαζί μου.
Αλλά και πάλι σε αγχώνει γιατί δεν γίνεται να περιμένεις άκαπνος για τις 3,5 ώρες που διαρκεί η πλήρης φόρτιση, οπότε το φορτίζεις για κανα μισάωρο ανάμεσα σε δυο τσιγάρα, καπνίζεις δυο τσιγάρα και φτου κι από την αρχή.
Η κατασκευή είναι στιβαρή, το γέμισμα και ο καθαρισμός πανεύκολα, οι καπνοί μου άρεσαν σχεδόν όλοι (περισσότερο ο Arctic click), πρόβλημα με το λαιμό δεν αντιμετώπισα, άρα θεωρώ ότι γενικά είναι ένα καλό προϊόν που αξίζει να δοκιμάσεις. Ακόμα καλύτερα, είναι ένα προϊόν που αξίζει να περιμένεις την επόμενη έκδοση με τσιγάρο που να διαρκεί τουλάχιστον 6 λεπτά και σαφώς καλύτερη μπαταρία
