The HUAWEI Band 6 offers a 14-day battery life for typical use and 10 days for heavy use. When the battery runs out, you can get 2 days of use with just 5 minutes of charging time using the magnetic charger.
Blood oxygen saturation, SpO2, can lead to fatigue, memory loss, and even brain and heart damage. For these reasons, you should ensure that you always stay in the safe zone. The HUAWEI Band 6 features a built-in SpO2 detection system that monitors your blood oxygen saturation 24/7. If it drops too low, the band will vibrate, so you can take time to breathe and regain your balance.
Monitoring your heart rate is one of the best things you can do for your health. The TruSeen™ 4.0 heart rate monitoring technology uses an optical lens and AI-based data processing to accurately monitor your heart rate 24 hours a day. It immediately notifies you when your heart rate drops below or rises above safe levels.
TruSleep™ 2.0 detects when you are awake and when you are in one of the 4 different sleep states - deep sleep, light sleep, REM, and sleep. With 96.3% improved accuracy, it records not only how much you have slept but also the quality of your sleep. It can identify 6 major sleep problems and you will be able to receive more than 200 sleep improvement suggestions.
Keep an easy-to-navigate calendar of your menstrual cycle with the HUAWEI Band 6. Receive discreet, timely reminders for when your period is due.
This feature is not supported when connected to an iOS phone.
Make every effort to exercise, and let the HUAWEI Band 6 take care of the rest. Choose from up to 96 different workout modes and monitor your heart rate, calories, and much more. All your data can be stored and analyzed in easy-to-read graphs, so you can map your fitness journey and set goals that inspire you.
Activate your day by setting 3 daily activity goals - Steps, active hours, and moderate to high-intensity activity. The HUAWEI Band 6 will automatically track your progress through colorful rings. Receive reminders and notifications when you have achieved your goals.
The HUAWEI Band 6 is not just a health and fitness tracker, but also a more convenient way to interface with your phone. View incoming calls and messages, receive weather updates, control your music, and take photos using your phone's camera, all from the comfort of your wrist.

I wear it constantly since I bought it. The strap has worn out quite badly, meaning that in some places the plastic is matte while in others it is smooth. The strap looks a bit cheap, but it is reliable - it has not come undone once in the past year. The watch is very good, it offers all the features one could ask for from a smartwatch.
Positives that this watch has compared to others:
- You can turn off your phone's alarm from the watch.
- You can use the stopwatch and use the watch for another purpose at the same time.
- You can change songs and adjust the volume.
- Naps taken during the day are accurately counted and measured automatically (other watches do not have the ability to measure sleep outside of nighttime hours).
Negatives:
- The strap.
- If you remain still in a horizontal position but are awake, sometimes it counts it as if you are sleeping
After 11 months and even though I was extremely careful with it (I only used it once in pool water), one day it simply didn't turn on.
Top quality. The battery lasts 1 week. It doesn't have a microphone for making calls. I bought it 6 months ago.
I have had the watch for 2 years now, it hasn't had any issues, I have hit it many times due to work. Accuracy in measurements, shows sleep cycle correctly, fast charging time, value for money! I bought it for 35€. I needed it at work for notifications without having my phone on me, to see the time, and to track my steps and physical condition. It left me satisfied in all these aspects
I have had it for two years now and the only thing that has worn out is that the "little rubber band" that holds the strap has loosened. It can be fixed with a regular rubber band. The battery now lasts exactly one week (it used to last even longer) and I have the Bluetooth on almost all day except at night (previously, I also didn't have it on for so long). I don't know what problem the others are referring to regarding water. I regularly put it in water and even use it simultaneously. I am very satisfied!
After three years, it has great durability. I also wear it in the sea, which is fine, you can see the time perfectly. I recommend it. Vfm
The band was incredible for as long as it lasted (8 months). With great sadness, despite its waterproof ratings, the first time I wore it at the beach, it broke immediately. In almost all cases of submersion in water, the band simply fills with water and gets destroyed internally. And indeed, as I read in reviews and on Reddit, it does NOT withstand immersion in water, whether it be a pool or the sea. Unfortunately, I learned this after the fact. Avoid at all costs for me.
Having the watch for 6 months, I can say that it is excellent. I haven't had any problems so far, the battery lasts comfortably for 14 days, and I am quite satisfied with the watch and its functions.
(Edited on 2/01/2024) The device has a swimming measurement function in the pool and generally claims to be waterproof. My watch, without any cracks or impacts, cannot justify the problem I am facing. The watch got moisture (I haven't used it for swimming, only in the bathroom). Initially, the touchscreen was working, but it had some issues, meaning that when I swiped up, it would go down and vice versa, but not always, and I could still operate the watch. Now, the touchscreen hardly works at all. I don't know if I made a mistake or if this particular device has a problem.
It sits very well in my hand and the screen is quite readable. The strap has held up and has no scratches yet, even though I use it a lot.
I usually have the brightness at 4/5 and connect it to my phone via Bluetooth for about 30 minutes daily. With this usage, the battery lasts for a week and charges from 15% to 100% in half an hour. Note: using the flashlight consumes a lot of battery.
Edit 29/6 after 10 months, my experience is positive. I often wear it while bathing but never press the button. When I take it out, I wipe it and then use it normally. It hasn't given me the slightest problem.
It proved to be a very good market and very good for its price. It is expensive, works perfectly, and helps me a lot, especially in exercise and measuring heart rate and steps. I find it excellent and would recommend you to buy it.
It is a very nice watch, worth its money, and I believe that if someone wants it for sports, heart rate, and other things, they should get this and not the mo band because it has the same features in more detail (I had it) and after 4 months of use, its button is dead
quality-price ratio
charges quickly with any regular charger
has a relatively wide screen
is completely waterproof
measures driving as steps several times
Otherwise, I consider it accurate.
I got it for €50 on sale and I can say it's worth the money. I mainly use it for time, alarms, flashlight, sleep tracking, stress and steps measurement, and for tracking my period. I have never used the activity modes. The measurements are obviously not completely reliable, but they help you have a general idea of what's going on and help you recognize any changes in your health.
The watch is also discreet and beautiful on the wrist, the screen has good responsiveness, and the battery lasts about 9-10 days with everything on, which I consider very satisfactory.
Very good watch for its price. It is ideal for simple monitoring of activity and daily life. It is indeed waterproof, tested in fresh and saltwater. I do not recommend it for athletes. Absolutely satisfied after one year of use.
I also have the mi Band 6 but I got this one for a bigger screen and it didn't disappoint me. The battery easily lasts for 2 weeks without continuous monitoring, of course. The only drawback compared to the mi Band 6 is that most watch faces are not free, but even so, there are many options available
Excellent product! It measures calories, heart rate, stress (physical exertion), steps, sleep analysis, and blood oxygen. It is relatively waterproof (when washing dishes or taking a shower), as long as you don't press the button on the side. NOT SUITABLE FOR USE IN THE SEA! It makes a great gift!
In the 6 months of use, it stopped working. It is probably due to the fact that I wore it in a pool, even though it was advertised as waterproof up to 50m, because the damage coincided with the vacation. I also notice many similar cases in the reviews.
Nice band, comfortable and lightweight on the hand that you will forget you are wearing it, I generally use it for dust in tests and it measures everything even anxiety and oxygen and has many training and options, now I give it 4 stars because generally it rarely suddenly made a small glitch but it doesn't bother me.
The first Band6 I got on 10/21 stopped working in less than a month. The second one they replaced for me under warranty lasted 6 months. I got it for measuring swimming in a pool. It is accurate in its measurements (only if you move your arms in freestyle, it doesn't measure the other swimming styles) but it probably can't withstand water. The usage I give it in water is about 1.5 hours per week. I am waiting for the second replacement and we'll see...
It's amazing!! It has everything it promises, flawless screen, good measurements, many functions, and most importantly, an awesome battery!! 2 weeks with full use!!
I have been the owner of the Huawei band 6 for about 6 months and I am satisfied with this watch.
Positives:
- Its screen is quite large and can help someone with visual difficulties. Also, the screen colors are vibrant.
- Notifications for messages and calls come quickly.
- The battery lasts for 10 to 11 days and charges in about 1:30 hours.
- The intensity of the mobile can be easily adjusted from the watch and the connection with the mobile is not lost.
Negatives:
- The strap wears out easily.
- It misses heartbeats and steps.
Overall, the watch is good for its price and I would recommend buying it.
Very good watch. Value for money purchase. In activity tracking, it has some very rare ones and leaves out some basic ones (e.g. swimming). Also, I couldn't find a way to customize what the menu displays in order to exclude functions and options that don't concern you. Otherwise, it is very beautiful, very accurate especially the heart rate monitor and oxygen measurements, it includes all the necessary functions although many of them need to be done through the mobile or tablet application
For now, my wife is very satisfied.
While I was afraid it would be big in size when I saw it in the pictures, it actually fit nicely in her hand and doesn't look bulky!
At first, she had difficulty syncing it with her Xiaomi phone, but eventually she managed to sync it somehow and hasn't lost the connection since then.
I will keep an eye on it and come back with more details.
For now, I recommend it, especially since the price dropped significantly (30€) probably due to the arrival of the newer model.
If you want it to have measurements without being obsessive about accuracy, it's fine. Walking, running, okay. Elliptical static machines cannot measure them as steps or calories. Only heartbeats.
Very good purchase. I come from mi band 4 and of course the difference is chaotic.
Notifications come immediately and generally I have no issues with disconnections (I have a realme phone).
The build quality is fine and the strap as well. The screen is large enough for older people to see.
It lacks GPS but we're talking about 35 euros.
I highly recommend it.
Comfortable, lightweight, easy to connect (download the app) for strap quality ... time will tell.
It has a good price, measures the basics but I compared it while wearing another watch tested for pulse measurement accuracy and it loses quite a bit. For its price, it is good, it seems to be accurate in steps while the pulse oximeter does not have significant deviations compared to the oximeter we put on our finger.
Awesome watch for its price! It does exactly what it promises. It is very elegant and durable. Battery lasts 17-18 days with everything open! Value for money!
Former owner of the Xiaomi Mi Band 4. As for the quality, it is clearly better. Let me start with the strap that used to break on my Band 4 every now and then. The screen is bigger and there are additional features such as oxygen measurement and stress measurement. What 'disappointed' me is the battery that lasts me about 10 days while many YouTubers claimed it could easily last 14 days. With the Band 4, I used to forget to charge it (about once a month).
