Very useful, it solved my problem with the short faucet neck that I had and was splashing everything. The good thing is that it also includes an "adapter" that I ended up needing for my own (thermostatic bathroom faucet) and yes, all the hoses need to be installed otherwise it sprays from above.. perfect, I'm getting a second one for the kitchen.

Very easy to use, especially for the bathroom to wash the child and even to help the older ones have access to water without big stools.
edit: after 6 months of use, I threw it away because the rubber bands inside were getting black (they had seriously deteriorated), so we were brushing our teeth with this thing!!!!!!!! and it also got clogged with limescale (which in Athens, you wouldn't say the water is hard). I cleaned it from the limescale and within a week it got clogged again. after all, I would characterize it as wasted money.

Its design is somewhat flawed, its hose should have a collapsible adjustment where it breaks, resulting in not giving you water flow in all directions that may be convenient for you. Also, be careful with adjusting the water flow because in some positions it will throw water outside the sink or the basin, usually on you... I would not recommend it. There are similar ones that are slightly more expensive but are much more qualitative and better-designed constructions than this one.

It adds some degree of flexibility to the water flow from the faucet, with the most significant being the upward projection. The multiple position changes loosen it and it needs to be screwed back in. However, it doesn't do everything, as the rotating ball comes into extreme cases of contradiction with the perimeter of the faucet attachment. I think it would help if the angle of the axis was obtuse rather than right. So, useful indeed, but not necessary.
