I have been buying the same brand at the same price for many years because it is simply the best. Philips decided to change the machine and supposedly upgrade it. However, this upgraded version remains cheap but DOES NOT CUT. It is unacceptable to have to pass over the same spot ten times on my nose and ears to achieve what the old Philips did in one pass. It's a waste of money. Why did you guys replace a perfect machine with this torture?

  While I read the comments, I considered them excessive. It has a variety of attachments and a fake fabric bag. So far so good. The issue is that it doesn't cut... You have to go over the same spot multiple times. The tip of the machine that goes inside the ear is short, and while it doesn't hurt no matter how much force you apply, it just doesn't cut, guys... I would have been better off buying a simple one for 5 euros instead of spending 25, thinking that the name Philips would make a difference.
