    Any USB card or device I tried in the past was immediately recognized as soon as it was connected to the PC. Not this one. At first, I thought it was defective and ordered another one with the same result. No response. Until at some point, "the light bulb went on" and I thought: Could it need a 3.5mm cable to be recognized? Yes, that was it! The "manual" included does not mention anything related. Good thing I didn't return both as "broken."

I bought it mainly to make use of the many hands-free devices with a 3.5mm jack that I have from Samsung and Sony, which do not work with the microphone when connected to a laptop due to incompatibility of the connectors. With this specific card, I connect it to a USB port of a laptop and I can use the hands-free to talk on Skype, zoom, etc.

    A very good USB DAC. The Realtek Chip inside is high-quality and leaves you speechless compared to the cheap audio chipsets found on budget motherboards! (Increased volume, strong bass, and cleaner sound compared to my motherboard) It doesn't have software (which is good if you don't want your PC to be filled with bloatware) and it works on any OS you put it on (Tested on Windows 10, Windows 11, Ubuntu 20.04) and so far I haven't had any issues! It's very convenient that you can directly plug in a TRRS without needing an adapter, making any headset handsfree plug & play!

    Protip: Since I tested it on a PC with a motherboard power supply, if you have sound issues, check first if it's your PC's fault before "criticizing" the card
