As a long-time owner of this mobile phone, it's time for me to write my review, which will be to the point.
1) The phone is excellent for average use of browsing, social media, etc. This doesn't mean that just because it has a powerful processor, you should load it with things (get a micro SD card).
2) The battery is quite good. We all know that after a while, all batteries lose their power, let alone a 300 euro phone.
3) The camera is wonderful and so is the video. With a DJI gimbal, the video goes to another level. As for the night photography that I read is not good, learn to work in Pro mode with a tripod, shutter speed, and ISO.
For the first 2 days everything was perfect. Very good mobile phone (for 2 days).....on the third day it had a problem with calls. With dual SIM card, from locked screen I couldn't answer. The screen just went black. I asked for a replacement. Now even the second one does the same......
UPDATE 10/06/21.
Unfortunately, after being checked by the store, the phone worked correctly for another 2 days. The problem with calls that I mentioned above returned but not constantly. The most frightening thing is a sudden blackout that occurred at some point......we're talking about a lot of fear and nerves.....new phone and it still has problems....enough is enough....
I asked for a return and refund this time...
The stars fell to 1 because of this issue. I'm not against all Xiaomi 10 but only against this specific device.
UPDATE 08/07/21
After it presented the problem again, the screen does not light up when I am called from a locked screen. I just let it close and then look for the call in the missed ones.
I contacted Skroutz and they will finally take it back with a refund.
I was disappointed by Xiaomi. I will try Realme 8 pro...stay tuned..
Final update.
finally the phone was returned with a parallel refund.
I bought another brand of mobile phone. Xiaomi left me with the impression that it couldn't handle 2 sims working on it well. Especially in incoming calls.
The end..

Having moved from the Xiaomi 5A Prime at €110 and the Xiaomi 9S at €230, I got the Xiaomi 10 Pro at €215 as the two previous phones were value for money. The 10 is exactly the same as the 9, I feel like I never made the transition to the 10, the operating system lags incredibly and there is always an issue with Messenger. The image quality of the photos is good during the day for €215. It has fast charging and a mediocre battery (it doesn't last a day). If it's your first phone, it might be worth it. However, I will never choose Xiaomi again. (I got it at the same time as a friend and he had the same problems.)
It is definitely the best phone I have gotten so far, and if I ever need to change again I will get Xiaomi, it doesn't lag anywhere so far, it takes professional photos, it is just perfect
Owner of the 9 Pro. The phone is simply amazing, at least for me. I found it 8-256, now it's about 160 for 256. I got it for storage space, but why?? They put AMOLED, and when you lower the brightness, it turns black! The speakers are better than the 9, the photos are about 20-25 better than the 9, video STABILIZATION AT 1080p60??? This is really good for me because I shoot a lot of videos daily. The 9 had stabilization at 1080p30, that's it.
It's cheap, okay, but from the first month it doesn't receive updates at all, and sometimes the screen goes black during a call. After about a year and a half, it doesn't charge and the wifi keeps disconnecting. Generally, I won't buy Xiaomi again
It lasted just under 2 years.
A mid-range device that is honest for its price; anything else I write, whether positive or negative, would be an exaggeration.
I have had it for two years.
+ Durable construction
+ Sound, picture
+ Cost
+- battery
- sometimes it shuts down completely by itself and restarts after hours
After 2+++ years of use, I have to say that it is the best phone I have ever had. Perfect battery. Just think, I accidentally put it in the washing machine and it didn't get damaged at all. My brother dropped it in the sea and nothing happened, all good. Amazing features. It is full of videos and photos and it doesn't lag at all... it doesn't heat up at all during charging like others say. Unless you leave it for a hundred hours. Logical. Very good camera. Speakers are amazing, not like some well-known brands where the microphone and speaker break first.
After two years of use, I have to say that it is a good phone for the money. However, I wouldn't consider it again for my preferences solely for the reason that after a year, when it turned off, it would turn back on with great difficulty, and so I only turned it off if there was no other way. Also, during charging, it would get quite warm.
2 years of full use, where I worked for a long time only with data (more strain on the battery and the processor), it has fallen and cracked, with 30-35 apps inside, many calls, heat, cold, rain. Nevertheless, it works normally almost like the first day.
The phone is a beast and if it doesn't break down, I won't buy another. For 250 euros (back then) it does everything and is worth it.
I leave the review mainly to be there, so that newer users know how well it holds up over time.
After a year of having the phone, I am not at all satisfied; from the beginning, the phone was lagging a lot, and after so long, it suddenly blacks out the screen and also shuts down by itself many times and then restarts
This MOBILE PHONE is the perfect phone for the price range it is in. I bought it 2.5 years ago for €210 and it has not had any problems at all. No freezes, nothing!!! Incredible screen especially at 120, fast without internet lags, solid wi-fi connection and in photo printing. Extremely durable (it fell into muddy water and even the speakers, which still work just as well today, were not affected), the mother screen protector is perfect (countless drops and the device is still functioning). THE PERFECT MOBILE PHONE!!! As for the critics... What do you get today for €250-300? A laptop that barely opens, a subpar camera (certainly not DSLR level), a mediocre gaming console (not a PlayStation 5), and decent sound with Dolby Atmos (but not for parties)!!! Obviously, if you want more, you have to dig deeper into your pocket... For demonstration devices costing €1000, is it worth it to kneel or sell out as a family, and will it be a downside of the device if it can't put truffles in coffee? They stole it from me and I'm going to GET THE SAME ONE!!!! And the funny thing is that 3 years later (with countless later models since we're talking about electronics), it has almost the same price with a €20 difference, if that means anything...
The mobile phone is currently working perfectly. Basically, I have had it for 2 days but as it is natural, in order to set it up again with the large number of applications I had on my previous phone, I had it on continuous operation for almost 16 hours and despite the high ambient temperature of 37 °C, it worked as it should.
I have it exactly 2 years. I am satisfied however its camera and battery life have not fully satisfied me. A classic Xiaomi. For someone who wants something economical, it's okay
I have had the mobile phone since November 2021 and I am satisfied. It may sometimes freeze, but otherwise it is a very good mobile phone, at least in my case. It also has a very good camera.
The first thing I will say is clearly the camera, I really didn't expect it to be so good. From there on, it has good memory, the battery lasts and it generally doesn't have any glitches
I have had it for 4 years, it is very good. I have the 8-128, I bought it for 219. After 8 years, it only has some minor issues with charging, but it still holds up well. I have compared it to the camera on the iPhone 11/12/13, but not the 14/15. This is my opinion and whoever wants can believe me. Thank you.
I have had it for 1 and a half years, I bought it for 200€, I don't believe anyone needs anything more than this phone, I don't play games on my phone and I don't want to take pictures of models but to do my job! I may not even need to charge it for a week (depending on usage) and it has satisfactory hardware and storage space, the 120 refresh rates are amazing and it doesn't lag for me!
Guys, I have it for 2 years, it's a great phone, just one negative thing, the xiaomi software is overly bloated with ads so it started to lag. I broke it and changed the software to Android and the phone is flying again
Using it for 3 months already and phone works fine. Excellent price/quality ratio. Only one disadvantage I found it's battery drains relatively fast.
edited: After 6 months still work fine except I noticed that this phone doesn't suppord external sd cards more than 128 GB.
I have had a mobile phone since 1993. This particular phone is the worst I have ever bought in my life and I say it with great certainty since I made the big mistake of buying it a second time. Why did I buy it a second time, after a mandatory upgrade the phone started crashing on its own and needed a hard reset to function properly, it was freezing daily. I took it to the dealership since I had it for only 3 months, left it for repair, and went to buy a new one since I used it as a gaming machine occasionally once every quarter as I don't serve retail but only wholesalers. In the first week, I realized that this particular model has several problems and I would not recommend it to anyone. It is useless and overpriced, despite the endless advertisements.
I have had it for a little over 1.5 years with regular use (social media, etc.) and I haven't had any particular issues. It takes very good photos for its price, but as long as there is light, the quality decreases when it gets dark. The only serious problem is with calls, it doesn't isolate the voice well, resulting in the person on the other end hearing the surrounding noise better than you. Overall, for its price, it is a very decent phone.
