The best flour I have ever tried!
I make it with just water, oil, and salt, I form it into a ball and finish it in the pan like Arabic bread!
It is nutritionally dense, unprocessed, does not contain chemicals, has fewer chromosomes than other flours
And less gluten.

I am very satisfied with this product. Once a month, I make 5-6 kilograms of dough for toast, portion it, and freeze it. Whenever I want to eat it, I take it out, toast it in a toaster, and it's something else. It's real homemade bread. For a year now, I have forgotten what it means to buy ready-made bread. It is excellent if you don't mind the scattered wheat bran in the flour (if it bothers you, you can sift it) and if you have space to store it in the refrigerator, because when I kept it outside the refrigerator, it got moldy the first time. Since I started storing it in the refrigerator, I haven't had any problems, even after the expiration date. Alternatively, you can buy smaller packages. Taste-wise, however, it is far superior to the equivalent standardized products in the supermarket.
