  Visually, it looks fine but it doesn't have information about the cable, it says 16A 250V CE but I don't believe it.
  After using it for welding at 120A for a few seconds, it stopped working and when I cut it open, I discovered that the cable was only 1mm thick!!! The grounding was nonexistent!
