  The printer recognizes the ink as remanufactured, refilled, and non-authentic. Due to this (blame HP), it is not possible to display the ink level. However, after a little complaining from the printer, it is possible to print. The printed black is closer to a very dark gray (in plain black printing, in rich black it is just fine), but for its cost, the result is decent.
