The road is your own runway. Get ready for top performance with a truly reliable shoe. In its new version, it offers additional bounce, which is ideal for road running. Whether you're covering your daily miles or taking long-distance routes, feel the elastic sensation in every step with the same cushioning and support as the previous model. The mesh material on the upper combines the comfort and durability you need with a wider fit at the toes.
Familiar feel, modern features
The wider design at the front offers more room for the toes, while the shoe's fit maintains the comfortable feel you expect from the Pegasus. The mesh material on the upper ensures a ventilated and soft feel, while following the movement of the foot for a comfortable shape and fit.
Boost in every step
Nike React foam is lightweight, springy, and durable. More foam provides better cushioning without added bulk. The Zoom Air unit offers more bounce with every step. It is positioned closer to the foot for high responsiveness.

I use it for running training on the track and road. Heavy shoe with a hard sole, I wouldn't choose it again. I have done 320km and I already feel that they have lost their cushioning ability. I used to own the Pegasus 36 which I consider to be better. Now owning Hoka Clifton 9, Adidas Ultraboost 5.0, Puma Deviate Nitro 3, and Adidas Adios Pro 3, I notice significant differences in my performance. Although I am a fan of Nike, there are higher quality options in running shoes.
Unfortunately, at 6 months, about 500+ km, both shoes opened at the back, internally, at the Achilles tendon with the plastic heel support rubbing on it. It created a small blister on my right foot! Unacceptable, first time it happens to me. It's a shame because otherwise the Pegasus is the most common vfm running shoe..
At first, the truth is that they were a little tight until they were worn in, but still felt like wearing a good sports shoe, 2 years later they have proven to be a very durable and strong shoe.. the only thing I don't know if it happens to others is that the laces come undone and you have to tie a sailor knot, I don't know why..
It really feels like walking on a cloud. I have never had a more comfortable shoe. It is lightweight and feels like wearing only socks. You don't feel the weight of it and no matter how many hours you wear it, it doesn't tire you. It is worth its money and more
In one word, incredible. Bought them in April 22. For about 7 months they were everyday shoes (gym, school, tutoring, basketball, etc.). The shoe after about 1.5 years is incredibly well-preserved (the leather has only torn a little next to the ankle but it is negligible). They are definitely worth their money + they are comfortable asf! Anyway, also take a look at the size 39s because they seem just as good
Nike Pegasus is a reliable value once again. I have sizes 36, 37, and 39. Excellent shoes and color. I still have them today even though I bought them last year for everyday use.
Very good shoes! Purchased in November 2021... Used almost every day, gym, treadmill, machine, on dirt.. Several times violent but still in good condition after so long and me being from 118 - now 98 kilograms weight
Coming from the Pegasus 36, which I was very satisfied with, I have to say that the 38s might be the best shoes I have ever worn. Especially for the 36s, I kept them for almost 2 years until the mesh on the toes ripped (which I have never experienced with other shoes). As for their use, I wore them for everyday activities, running 5 km every day, and weightlifting at the gym. They served me well in every activity. With such good impressions, I knew that the next shoes would be from the same series. Now, onto the 38s. I have had them for a year and a half with the same usage as the 36s, and they haven't shown any signs of wear. They have even been through the washing machine, something I avoided with the 36s. The feeling on my feet hasn't changed at all with the usage I put them through, and the cushioning material of the sole hasn't worn down. I hope they continue to hold up well, and that the next ones will be from the same series again.
The quality has dropped compared to the old Pegasus. No comparison. I have had them for a month and they look like I have had them for years, and where the foot bends, they have torn. I haven't even put them in the washing machine or put them through any hardship, just for running. What a waste of money. I won't be buying Pegasus or Nike in general again.
I only use them for running. In terms of appearance, I definitely like them since that was my first selection criterion, and then the positive comments. They are the first pair I bought since I decided to start exercising, so I don't have a point of comparison. I usually run on dirt terrain and every time I remove about 30 pebbles from underneath. I didn't notice any change in the sole as I read in other comments... Until today, I have run about 1700 km in about 9 months. They haven't disappointed me in anything. Good construction, sturdy, lightweight, and stable on the foot. I wear size 42 in casual shoes and initially ordered that. It was too tight. I got size 43 and it's perfect. So I believe one size up is ideal (unless this applies to all sports shoes without me knowing). I would definitely buy it again, but I won't because I want to try other brands.
Good luck and happy running to those who choose them!
Beautiful shoe, comfortable and soft for long walks and running. They are quite durable even though I only wear them for walking, not running. Nice construction, the only thing that bothers me is that the laces constantly come undone and it requires a double knot every time. In white color, they stain easily even from rubbing against clothing and are not easy to clean. Prefer darker colors.
Well, having used this specific shoe for 9 months, with daily and relatively heavy training, I have the following to say:
On the positive side:
- It is a lightweight shoe and very soft.
- It is true to size (although it is narrow in the forefoot, which doesn't bother me because my forefoot is thin, but it might bother someone with a larger forefoot).
On the negative side:
- It is not a stable shoe at all. Having instability in my ankles, it caused pain in my soles even though I wore special insoles. Of course, this is something that affects someone who trains and not someone who simply needs it for something lighter like walking.
- It has low durability.
Overall, I believe it is a fairly good shoe for walking or for a job that requires good posture, as it is soft. However, I would definitely not recommend it for training and running, as in that case, I would recommend something much more stable, like the Asics Gel Nimbus.
Of course, everyone has different needs and every experience is subjective. I hope I helped :)
The best athletic shoe I have ever worn - hands down - for everyday use and a lot of walking. Excellent in every aspect. I am considering buying it again while it is still available to wear it for another year.
In terms of comfort, they are very comfortable. They seem to have a slightly low-quality construction despite their price not justifying it... In terms of appearance, they have a slightly bulky look from the heel to the tips of the fingers. I will return with an edit later if something comes up or if I have more observations.
On the plus side, it is comfortable and lightweight. Good weight absorption. On the downside, the sole slips a lot on water. The plastic material of the sole broke on the side during the first week
I bought them after 8 years of experience with Skechers. I have walked over 1000 km and I am satisfied. I tried to switch to the ASICS NOVABLAST™ 2 and the Nike Air Zoom Vomero 16, but I ended up buying the same ones again. They have a perfect fit and comfortable cushioning.
Everything is good and nice..... until the moment I stepped on a nail and in the next second I felt one shoe sinking and hardening... then I realized that it has a gel pocket inside the sole and..... goodbye shoes.! Sensitivity and expensive!
I have had it for 6 months now and I have been very satisfied. I use it for everyday use. The fabric is more durable than it looks, because initially I had concerns. Overall, it is a very good shoe and I recommend it.
Perfect shoe, I have run with it up to a half marathon and it held up very well even after many kilometers. It is a lightweight shoe, you don't feel it at all. I would recommend going one size up if you don't run with Nike
5 stars because I received it today and it is truly worth it and powerful as I expected!! Thank you to the kids who wrote a positive comment and made it easier for me to decide on the purchase!!
Very comfortable shoe! I am a runner (800 and 1500 meters) and I use it for daily training, from half an hour to over an hour of continuous running. The shoe is very durable. I have had them for 8 months and I still have no intention of changing them. The only negative is that they are a bit heavy compared to the competition. But the materials, on the other hand, are very durable and you will see this over time. They are true to size (I wear 46 in sports shoes and I got them in 46). I would say that the Pegasus 37 is slightly better and lighter, and maybe they are worth more now that their price has dropped. Overall, though, I am very satisfied
Very good and comfortable shoe, it replaced an Adidas Ultra Boost 17....a little lighter and more stable I would say compared to the Adidas, purchased for 96 euros, relatively high price....looks nice but stains relatively easily....it is ideal for casual running and walking on smooth ground
I bought it for 85 euros on discount and for that price, it's worth up to 100 euros. They are soft, not something amazing, comfortable to wear (I should note that I only wore stability shoes), and quite flexible.
The downside is that I would only mention the weight of the shoe, which is over 300 grams for size 45, and the construction is quite warm, as if your foot doesn't breathe.
For everyday training for an athlete with moderate to high running experience, I would recommend it. As for the construction quality, time will tell. So far, I have only done 100km.
Very comfortable for any use, but during training you understand its quality. You have the feeling that you are stepping on foam that absorbs every shock. I highly recommend it
This shoe, for its price (under 100 euros), is a very good choice! Of course, it's not what many running expert sites refer to as the best in its category, but the comfort, cushioning, and weight are more than satisfactory! For casual all-day use, for amateur running, it is ideal! 4 stars only for the fact that the sole makes some noticeable cracks as you jump with use, and for the small "flaw" in the appearance with the pointed heel of the shoe! Otherwise, a very quality purchase for 100 and below
Hello guys. First of all, choose these specific shoes one size bigger for sure. And if you wear thick socks, choose shoes that are 1.5 sizes bigger. They have a soft cushioning and absorb shocks, etc. Now, as for the quality, I think it is average because it seems to me that the edges will come off soon. I hope I'm wrong about this. Previously, Nike shoes I had were glued better at the edges than these Pegasus 38. Of course, I will come back with a new review in about three months. What bothered me a lot is that they have a narrow fit and I think such shoes only fit people with slim feet and not wide feet. I, of course, have a medium-width foot of about 10 cm. I would like them to be a little more comfortable. I have loosened the laces quite a bit to make them comfortable for running. I bought these shoes in size 44 instead of my regular size 43, which I wear for all my other shoes. In conclusion, I would like to point out to everyone that it is good to try on shoes because we all have different feet, mainly in terms of width, which is important, how tight you want each shoe to hug your foot. I hope I helped many interested people !!!! Have a great year, guys
Extremely comfortable shoes! Both for stadium training and for work (I stand for many hours). I got them in black so I can wear them with any outfit or uniform. I'm considering getting a second pair...
