I am a soldier and I have many services on the Evros river and this product literally saved me!! It is one of the most MUST purchases if you work in the cold. It warms up in the area of the abdomen, right and left, and in the back, the same, mainly in the lower part of the back.
It is worth its money and if it breaks, you won't be too upset. (I have been using it for 2 months on a daily basis and it is super-duper)
* S.O.S 1st: If you buy it, get 2 sizes larger than what you wear in a t-shirt or short-sleeved shirt because it is tight on you.
And 2nd: I mainly use it with a 5,000mAh power bank and at 100% heat, it lasts for about 2 hours continuously.
With a 10, and moderate or low usage, it will easily last you 8 hours.
3rd and lastly, on the inside of the vest, there is a fabric thing that warms you up on its own.

  It did a good job for the cold! My husband used it at his work (as a delivery driver). He had it on the middle step and it kept him somewhat warm. (in the region of Western Macedonia, which means temperatures below zero in winter). After two years of use, it simply didn't turn on one day. Probably some issue with the battery.   I bought this product for my commutes to and from work on my motorcycle. So, the issue is as follows:

  1. It has good construction quality. The material is like... or it really is... neoprene (I'm not sure). It is the material from which diving suits are made. Or something similar.

  2. It is partially elastic and has a nice feel as a material.

  3. It provides warmth, but the layering of clothes should be as follows: base layer, vest, fleece, windbreaker. This way, you will have the best thermal performance. I recommend this for workers on motorcycles and in outdoor conditions.

  4. Another option for the same scenario (work in outdoor conditions) is: base layer, woolen shirt, vest, fleece, windbreaker.

  5. It has two levels of warmth. It doesn't provide much warmth on either level, but that's not its main function anyway. It is an auxiliary garment. With the right combination of clothes, it is a good purchase.

  6. DO NOT wear it over a shirt, wear it directly after the base layer. If you wear it over thick fabric, it WILL NOT help. (personal opinion, of course).

  7. CAUTION! The sizes are NOT objective. They are made for ASIAN sizes. That's what the company selling them informed me. I bought XL and couldn't even close it. A general rule that I believe will help you in choosing is as follows: calculate three sizes up from the size you wear in regular clothes. This means that some body types CANNOT wear it at all. It doesn't exist in their size. I wear XL in regular clothes and bought 4XL for it to close, it closes at the limit, without being tight.

  8. The company selling them has NOT made a mistake, the sizes are like that from the manufacturing. Don't start yelling at them. The people are trying to inform.

  9. If it gets wet, which it shouldn't, DO NOT dry it near a heat source, let it dry on its own away from heat. Also, personally, I wouldn't put it in the washing machine. There are special foams and cleaning products for different materials that you can use.

  I recently bought it out of curiosity and because of the good reviews it had, it convinced me to try it.
  I will use it with the Xiaomi Redmi 18w fast charge 20000mAh power bank. It fits well in the pocket of my vest, although it is a bit heavier than other thinner and smaller ones in terms of mAh.
  At first glance, it doesn't convince for something extraordinary, but it is a product close to the money spent on the purchase.
  The connection cable-plug seems "passive", if you constantly plug and unplug the power bank, it seems easy to damage.
  On the other hand, next week when I will be out at night, I am looking forward to testing its capabilities (as they are expecting cold weather) and its autonomy with a 20000 power bank, and I will come back with performance results.
  As other people have written, at least two sizes bigger to fit you. I got it in xxxl and I am about 178 cm, 83 kg. After a phone call with the store for certainty. As a first test, I wore it comfortably with thermal underwear, a shirt, and a work jacket.

  Battery life:
  I used it for 3 days for about 3.5 hours total per day on the highest setting and it still has 2 bars on the power bank (with the power bank mentioned above). I cannot give an opinion on the duration of continuous use, and I don't think I will use it continuously (I avoid using it continuously because I don't know how good it is for the body to have direct heat for a long time without proper ventilation).

  Hygiene:
  The cheap material of it has a strong smell, but it is bearable, I think. Also, it doesn't breathe well, when I took it off, I had intense sweating and I couldn't wait to take a shower. I never had problems with just the thermal underwear.

  Safety:
  I place the power bank in an external pocket of my work jacket with an extra USB cable for safety because I was afraid to have it in the pocket of my vest. The pocket that allows you to place the power bank, due to the long cable, is exactly in a "heating" zone, and I considered it dangerous. It is also certain that the temperature created by the vest will reduce the lifespan of the power bank.

  Performance:
  For its price, it performs perfectly in temperatures of 1-5 degrees Celsius so far, I didn't expect that. I haven't had the chance to use it in lower temperatures than the ones mentioned above yet, but I believe that with the performance so far, it will do well and be a significant help in dealing with the cold.

  Lifespan:
  This is something that I leave open for now and I will come back to it. If it lasts at least two winters, I will be very satisfied.
