I got it for my wife who has a sensitivity in her back and she noticed a difference from the first day due to her sedentary job

For its price and in comparison to the price of other similar products, I am very satisfied. It makes any hard seat comfortable, it is thick and quite firm (it has hard foam, not memory foam) without ceasing to be comfortable. I still haven't tried it on softer seats, like in the car, so I don't know if it performs the same. The pillowcase is thin, I don't know if it negatively affects its durability over time, but it has anti-slip surfaces on the bottom to prevent slipping. It relieves quite a bit after the coccyx cyst surgery, although now that I've received it, I have almost healed, I believe it would have worked the same even when the incision was fresher. Once I try it, I will probably buy more for other seats!

As for quality, it's not bad. I mean, it doesn't break when you sit on it. However, after a while, it felt quite hard to me and I took it off my chair. So I don't use it anymore. Also, it doesn't have the cord that is shown in the picture, resulting in it opening at that point when you sit on it.

I bought it because I had discomfort in my hip due to long hours of driving. My feeling is that it is somewhat better than without the cushion. I definitely sit higher, and this helps me adjust the seat better.

I bought it because the chair at the office feels like a bench. I sit on it for almost 2 years, for about 8 hours a day. It is comfortable and no longer need to get up feeling stiff. I have a similar one for my car which has helped a lot during long hours on the road.

It is used daily for hours on a bus with particularly good results, as long as someone gets used to it.

First, I would like to mention that in the product description on their page, the stores state that the interior material is memory foam. This is not true, it is polyurethane foam, and that is written on the packaging. Apart from that, the pillow is sufficiently comfortable and does its job. I will come back regarding its durability as some polyurethane pillows tend to flatten over time and become very thin, losing their properties.

Update: 1 year later with daily use at the office, it continues to be okay in terms of comfort and does not require replacement
