Recommended Dosage

    Attention.

    Almost complete suppression of TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) was observed after three months of use of a tablet called "kathimenina", WITHOUT PRIOR HISTORY!

    Cholesterol indeed decreased from 260 to 207.

    However, if the TSH values are due to this, they are very dangerous
    IF NOT DETECTED IN TIME!

    Of course, it may also be coincidental (WITHOUT PRIOR HISTORY?) and I am investigating it.

    Stay away from this product, it has the same side effects as statins. It caused cramps in my calves, pain in my shoulders, and muscle pain in my waist (and tingling in my whole body).
