This product does not represent a well-known brand at all. I have bought Minerva before and they were nothing like this. The fabric is very stretchy but the elastic is almost non-existent! When you try to stretch it a little to put it on, the elastic resists and you can hear the threads breaking. The fit is normal to tight compared to others.
