Reliable due to the brand! I have been using it for about a year, making three to four coffees daily. It makes good coffee with a rich crema. At the price of 105 euros that I bought it, I think it was a fair purchase.
I bought the machine with great reservation because I hadn't seen any reviews and it was relatively new. However, after a month of use, I can say that I made an excellent choice. I have tried at least four machines (Delonghi, Arielli, etc.) and I can say that this is the only one in its price range with 20-bar pressure and automatic function. There are machines with the same or even lower price that require you to press a button to stop the flow of coffee (if you forget, you'll have a mess..). This machine is automatic and precisely because it has 20-bar pressure, it produces very good crema. The truth is, I had a hard time finding the manual online before purchasing it to see how it works, and in the end, I sent an email to Black & Decker Greece and they replied that it is a licensed product of the company Taurus and it is imported and distributed in Greece by Nexion Communications (I won't write their details for obvious reasons). This, of course, does not mean that the machine is not Black & Decker, nor that it does not have a 2-year warranty from the aforementioned company. Apart from that, the machine heats up quickly and makes very good coffee. I haven't tried the milk frother yet, but I believe that due to the 20-bar pressure, it will be very good. It has a very nice design, makes a nice crema, and I think that for 110 euros, you won't find anything better. At home, I have a Delonghi super-automatic machine that cost 250 euros, and I think they are comparable.
