  I connected it to my Samsung TV with an optical cable (it has a cable inside) and as soon as I turned on the Bluetooth headphones (Logitech's earbuds), they connected instantly and I was listening from there. All good. With a 3.5mm jack connection. The sound is a bit mediocre

  Unfortunately, this particular choice was unfortunate (you get what you pay for), every time the device or headphones are turned off, the pairing is lost and it needs to start over again. It pairs 2 out of 10 times and with a lot of effort, it becomes so frustrating that you give up after a while

  I have this specific Bluetooth transmitter which can be connected either with toslink (optical fiber), or with RCA, or with a 3.5mm jack (all three cables are included in the package). Additionally, the package includes a micro USB cable for power supply, which needs to be connected to a USB port or a mobile USB charger. I use it connected to a 2016 Samsung 4K TV, which does not have built-in Bluetooth. The connection is made through the optical fiber because there is no other way on this specific TV, which is easy. For power supply, I did not use a charger, but I connected the cable to a USB port on the TV and it works perfectly. I have connected these headphones: [link to headphones]. They are connected with a little effort (in pair mode, both the device and the headphones). Once connected, they work flawlessly. The good thing is that they can be connected simultaneously with the mobile phone, so when someone calls you while watching TV, you can answer and talk, and after the call, you can continue watching. The sound is satisfactory for TV shows. As for streaming series-movies (Plex)-YouTube or using the TV's USB media player with an external hard drive, it will not play multi-channel sound (Dolby Digital, DTS). In other words, when connected through the optical fiber, the TV needs to be set to PCM sound (stereo). In multi-channel sound, there will be a buzzing sound as if the headphones are damaged. It can also be connected to a soundbar or Bluetooth speaker, which have the same limitation (only stereo sound). Finally, since the sound cannot be adjusted in volume, it is good for the headphones to have volume control buttons. I have not tried connecting a second set of headphones, but I don't think it has such capability like more expensive transmitters. Also, it does not have aptX for those who know, which is the standard for audio-video synchronization for headphones that have such a driver. However, I have not noticed any lack of synchronization in sound and image, both in TV shows and movies-series, except for one or two very high bitrate exceptions.
