The tube that connects the bottom sole to the vacuum collects hair and gets clogged. It's funny. One day while I was cleaning it, it's so thin that it broke. Also, my charger broke after 6 months. The only good thing the vacuum did was collect the hair from the carpet. As a handheld vacuum, it is very heavy, cumbersome without being anything special. It doesn't pick up all the hair from the couch.

It is a good and powerful vacuum cleaner.
It sucks very well because it has a powerful motor.
The downside is that it has a rotating attachment with brushes at the bottom, which collects a lot of hair and needs to be cleaned frequently because they get tangled there.

The worst part is at the bottom where it has a flexible hose that connects the bottom part of the vacuum cleaner with the top part, which broke after 4 months and it no longer sucks.
I reported it to the company that handles the service, but it cannot be fixed, and the entire bottom part of the vacuum cleaner needs to be replaced. The warranty covered it, and they brought me a new attachment, but it took almost 3 months for the dealership to send it from Denmark.
The issue is that I see this hose breaking again in 3 months, so I will have a problem again. Until the warranty expires, I can see myself asking for a new bottom part of the vacuum cleaner every 3 to 4 months.
When the warranty expires, I will throw it away and buy something more reliable

Very good vacuum cleaner and significantly upgraded compared to the handy. More powerful and with greater autonomy, more beautiful, more practical and most importantly, much quieter.

edit. I also have the problem with the flexible hose of the base that broke and costs around 80 euros. It's not worth it in the end because it's a problem that will come up again.
