    I bought it to replace the Zeroground Shinto Extreme v2 and immediately noticed a difference! The AOC is completely flat, without any "ripples" (unlike the Zeroground), resulting in a completely flat, smooth surface for the mouse to glide on, which in turn provides greater accuracy in its movements. It's worth noting that the flat design of the AOC makes its surface appear larger than the Zeroground, even though both are the same (medium) size. And for the price, the AOC is a real steal! I got it for almost 40% cheaper than the Zero
