I will try to be brief and I will mention the following:
Mechanism: very good
Durability: very good
Shade: excellent
Size: very good
Fabric material: POOR for its price and the quality of the other materials and it's a shame. After minimal use, the umbrella tore in many places.
It comfortably withstands a 6 Beaufort wind, it looks high-quality, its performance over time will be evident, it successfully endured the summer of 2022
The first time I used the beach umbrella with the sandy base, which had stones a little deeper, the conical stem at the bottom of the support pole came off, which helps in inserting the pole. We ended up digging the surrounding area to find it (damaged). As you can understand, without this, the pole cannot be inserted into the ground and used.
Very good umbrella. I would like it at 2.40 meters.
I don't particularly care about its resistance to strong wind because I generally don't go swimming in 4, 5, or 6 Beaufort conditions. I don't see the point in general since the conditions are generally bad (sea, beach, sensation). In combination with shock, the installation is a joke, and in normal wind, it is concrete.
The umbrella provides good shade, withstands at least moderate winds with a gust, has a nice appearance with blue details, etc. BUT it has limitations as it is made of poor material, as well as the carrying case. It is the third time I have set it up and there is a hole in the umbrella and 2 in the case. The material is good quality nylon and if it comes into contact with metal at high temperatures, it melts. It requires great attention. The Terra I have from the decade has much better material, towards the canvas.
It makes very good shade. In combination with a percussion and the brushes, it doesn't notice any wind. Very nice colors. It's worth its money!
Amazing shade, it feels like being under a shelter, it actually reduces the perceived temperature, maybe even by 2 degrees. You can take it anywhere and it protects you even on a scorching beach at 3 in the afternoon. However, its material is so fragile that when we opened it, it already had 3 holes. We exchanged it and got a new one without holes, but after 5 uses, new small holes appeared... It's borderline a one-time use umbrella, with an amazing shade but at 50 euros... unfortunately...
The shade is very good, so much so that we went out in the sun for a while to warm up. Comfortable for 2 people. It was combined with a hammering stake and it was quite stable at 3-4bf.
Good construction and thick spokes with impact are ideal. I have a concern about how long the fabric will last because it seems very thin and fragile to me. There was also a very small hole in one spot, far from the seams. For 60 euros, I don't think it's worth it.
First experience this year. We were recommended it at the store and I'm glad I listened to the saleswoman. Very high-quality construction, the blackout is real. I, who have fair skin without sunscreen, would still get burned even under an umbrella. With this one, no problem in a ten-day trial. Half of those days, it didn't even notice strong winds, always in combination with one or two pegs and fastening from those included in the package. Combine it with a hammering stake and it doesn't understand a thing.
I bought it after having a bad experience with another umbrella that broke in a slight breeze. Fortunately, the big advantage here is that it comes with 3 pegs and 3 ropes, so you can tie it down and be at ease even in strong winds.
The quality is good, but I consider €54 to be too much for this quality. I would expect a slightly better quality in the attachment of the fabric to the ribs and for it to have a tilt feature like other much cheaper umbrellas.
Overall, it is a good umbrella, but it should cost less.
Update 24/8/21:
The umbrella withstands 6 Beaufort winds in the Aegean Sea!!! Confirmed more than once. The ropes with the pegs do all the work, preventing the ribs from turning or bending, thus avoiding the destruction of the umbrella. Just make sure to tie down those ribs that are facing the direction of the wind.
