For the money, I probably shouldn't expect anything more, but the gear in the centrifuge seems to "slip" a bit and makes the whole process a little difficult.

Comfortable to use, effective, quite easy to clean, and economical. Thanks to a simple gear mechanism, the rotating inner basket moves much faster than the handle, resulting in the centrifuge being quite effective in drying vegetables well.
