  Well, it is the only place I can think of to help parents as well as myself who have struggled a lot with the mixing of this particular product. Each formula differs from baby to baby, and for us, it was perfect in every aspect except for the mixing. The only successful way I found each time to prevent lumps is as follows: I boil water and let it cool down, but when I say cool down, I mean it should be almost frozen. Let's say you have four scoops to prepare, you add one or two scoops of cold, and I emphasize COLD (previously boiled) water, then you add the desired amount of milk and stir very well. The result will be a creamy milk. In this mixture, you add hot water from the kettle, stir very lightly, and the milk is ready without any lumps. I have tried to strain it, I have tried to make it with any milk temperature, of course, the first thing I did was to follow the instructions to the letter, I have tried to mix it with a sterilized spoon, but nothing worked except the above method. I really hope to help someone because it is very unpleasant for a good milk otherwise, to give you a headache every time you have to prepare it at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning to feed the newborn baby.

  The only positive thing is that the colic stopped. But it has so many negatives that you don't know where to start. The emptying from 1-2 times a day became 1 every 2 days, if at all. The baby had a lot of gas and discomfort. The mixing was the worst we have seen in milk. Despite following the preparation instructions exactly, there were still pieces left.   I give Humana AR Expert to my baby (4 months old) as a supplement to breastfeeding. He has been diagnosed with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) and we are treating it with Nexium. Our pediatrician recommended it to help with his stomach. In the first few days, he had difficulty drinking and digesting it, he made faces and had frequent hiccups. His bowel movements were diarrhea in the beginning. Now, after 3 boxes, his stomach has gotten used to it, he has hiccups less frequently, his bowel movements have improved, and overall he seems to enjoy drinking it. We gave it to our little one for almost 2 months, but suddenly she started having reflux again and producing thick milk clumps, so our pediatrician recommended another anti-reflux formula. We will try it and if it doesn't work, we will definitely go back to Humana ar. As for mixing, it does indeed form lumps when the water is too hot or slightly frozen.   The "issue" with milk is subjective.. It depends on the baby. For us, this particular milk has helped a lot with digestion, which has improved and also with bowel movements. It doesn't work miracles but it is reliable. I mix it with water at around 52-55 degrees because it dissolves more easily that way. Also, the larger bottle helps with mixing, especially the plastic ones. It's more difficult with the smaller bottles, especially when adding more than 120 ml of water. It's hard to dissolve the powder well in that case. However, when I changed the bottle, the problem almost disappeared. Moreover, this milk thickens to reduce digestion issues. I don't know about the previous product (packaging), but we are satisfied with this one so far. We have tried other milks, but this one is the best for us. Again, it depends on the baby.
