2 stars only for the design. I have it for almost 1 year and I bought it, as I heard very good reviews from acquaintances. Unfortunately, it's a waste of money. And quite expensive for what it offers. First of all, I have to say that it is heavy in construction. Then, emptying the bin is done by pulling out all the garbage from the bin by hand (unless there is a way that I don't know). The most negative thing, however, is that the main brush it has consists of a cylinder, which when sucking something, with the turns it makes, it throws it back out instead of sucking it and guiding it to the bin. So in order to clean something, you have to struggle a lot. or even get frustrated and decide to pick up the little pieces by hand. In conclusion, I believe that a simple handheld vacuum cleaner would do a better job.

It is a joke. The pipe is fixed, not telescopic, the brush has no direction, it slides easily in all directions. The most important negative is its power- it doesn't write anywhere, not even on the box, only inside the manual. 350w nominal power of the engine, which is a joke compared with traditional vacuums with cable that have over 1,000 W. It's an expensive toy which only feels like a vacuum on its maximum power which drains the battery in 10 min and takes 3.5h to charge. I was reluctant in buying this new technology..but 350w nominal power?? Is this a joke?? A positive- it can be charged outside its stand, where you have sockets. When removing the brush, the metal pipe has a plastic at the end which makes it difficult and bulky to vacuum in the corners, like you would normally do with a metal pipe. If you are tall, this might not be for you, as the metal pipe does not extend, you have to bend down to get into some places!

I would like to share my experience, for those of you who are in search. Firstly, yes, it is an excellent vacuum cleaner. It replaced a classic Bosch household vacuum cleaner, and it is just as good, if not better, I must say. Due to the fact that it does not have cords to plug in, you can clean the house much faster than before, so there is no issue of the battery running out. We start with 100%, and in a two-room house of 70 square meters, the battery stops at 60-65. As for the weight, it is nothing special, it is just a matter of getting used to it. It was tested on both carpet and rugs, and it performed satisfactorily even at the second speed. The third speed, Turbo, was tested out of curiosity, and there the battery empties in 10 minutes, but it is more than enough in the second speed, with a duration of 30 minutes. The screen is very informative, showing the battery level and several attachments, and the construction is made of very good quality plastic. Finally, the filter is washable, so there is no need for replacement. For us, as a couple, it met our needs as a regular vacuum cleaner and we recommend it!

Excellent! It doesn't smell at all. The handheld vacuum cleaner is very convenient for cleaning sofas and mattresses (I recommend it). It has a long battery life (daily, continuous use with two small children). It is efficient on carpets as well. The filter is easy to clean. The only negative is its weight.
