Good evening, on 28/9/21 I bought the TV for the price of 388 euros.
On 7/11/21 I discovered and informed LG that the product is defective.
On 12/11/21 the TV was received for repair upon LG's instruction.
On 19/11/21 I was informed that the panel is defective and will be replaced by LG's decision.
I was informed by an authorized LG service partner that the damage to the TV amounts to 300 euros.
On 19/11/21 I informed LG that I wish for a replacement of the product or a refund.
Both the store and LG refused to replace the TV, they simply repaired it.
I bought a TV for 388 euros and in 40 days the panel worth 300 euros broke.

I have the TV for 5 months. In the 1st month, the panel had a problem. The new one has something like blurriness on the top right.
Apart from the above issues, the TV is worth its money.
It has very good sound. It has exceeded my expectations. At 16%, the sound is very loud. It has excellent bass.
Its colors are very vibrant without exceeding the limit.
I got it for 300€ with a discount from a well-known chain.

I have it for about half a month, in terms of colors it is very good, especially if you make your own adjustments as a user, the speakers are perfect, on YouTube, I don't even discuss it, the colors are so vibrant, generally a very good choice for its price. Since I also have the LG 620s, a model from 2015, the only downside is that the 620s had a port for speakers, a 3.5mm connection, which this one doesn't have, as for its remote control, I wouldn't say it's very user-friendly... with the purchase of a magic control, it might be better in terms of use. As for the internet menu, it's very easy. And also, it doesn't record from a hard drive, compared to the 620s.

After four years, it's time for evaluation.
First of all, I bought it for 600 euros.
Its menu is average in both pleasure and design. The touch remote control is very good and I have dropped it many times without any damage. BUT as a navigator for anything related to searching and needing to type from the remote control, it takes half an hour before you need to take a sedative because it's frustrating.
The picture is great, but the sound quality is average. If you have Bluetooth speakers, it's amazing. Be careful, there is no provision for wired connection, for example, headphones.
Its connection is flawless, whether wireless or wired.
Its materials are of average quality, but at 400 euros, let's not expect everything to be perfect.
Personally, I am satisfied and will buy it again for the bedroom.

Very good TV (50-inch) for its price, I recently bought it specifically for gaming since I have the Series X and so far it hasn't disappointed me. It has a very good picture quality, as seen from the movies I played. The two minor negatives it has are its cheap stands (because this TV is meant for wall mounting) and the cheap remote control, as I believe that the remote control doesn't suit a TV that costs over €450. I have the 50-inch one, I got it about a month ago and I will start with the negatives because I believe most people look at those first.
- The first and important thing for me is the awful and cheap remote control. Honestly, do they think it's right at LG to make you pay around 500€ for a TV and it comes with this remote control? The classic marketing tricks to force you to buy the "Magic Remote".
- The second negative is the TV's legs, they look a bit fake, but this can be fixed with a stand. That's what I did to have peace of mind.
As for the picture and sound, so far no complaints at all, as well as with webOS which works great!

Very good image, nice HDR especially on the PlayStation 5. From the viewing angle, you don't see very well, but it's not a problem. User-friendly menu, very good sound. Quite fast in terms of processor performance. However, the biggest problem occurred when the screen was left on a static image. In the photo I uploaded, you can see the initial page of the PS5 and the thumbnails of the YouTube application in the background because I had it open for a long time. After a while, it disappears, but you can understand that it's not normal. I called LG and they came and took it, so I'm currently without a TV. When it returns, I will come back with a new review and whether the problem was fully resolved. Hopefully, it will come back complete and I will give it 4 stars+!
After 23 days in service:
The TV remained in service for 23 days. In the meantime, I called and they told me they were waiting for answers from LG regarding the panel. Another time I called, they told me they received the panel and that it was defective. So, I decided to go to LG myself and told them that it has been in service for so long and nothing has been done. I also mentioned that if this situation continues, I will take another route because the TV was not only for entertainment but also for educational purposes, and I had a corresponding invoice for that. After my communication with LG, they called me within an hour and offered a product replacement, which was done. I received a new TV. Well done to LG for their quick response. As for the service, I don't know what happened and why they delayed so much without informing me that I could have a new TV.

I made the decision after a lot of research to get this specific 55" television based on the reviews I saw in general and from both local and foreign websites, which had very good reviews. I also found out myself that the picture has excellent clarity and very good and vibrant colors, not fake and without intense saturation! The blacks are good for an LED, I would say they are at a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. The processor "reads" with the so-called upscaler 4k and upgrades the picture on conventional free channels, not in real 4K of course, but it makes them very clear! The motion of the picture is very good with the TruMotion setting! Excellent 4K and very good HDR, which I tested on videos on YouTube because that's the only place you can find real 4K and HDR if someone doesn't have Netflix. The software is fast, webOS 6.0. The only negative is that this model does not include the magic remote in the original packaging, which you have to buy separately for 45 euros, as I did. The management of the television became a piece of cake and I can comfortably surf the internet and use applications, and you can control everything with voice commands in Greek! The sound is very good and it becomes even better with a setting called AI Sound in collaboration with the magic remote, which allows sound calibration and the sound becomes truly exceptional, and you can also add bass. As for games, I don't have an opinion because I don't play games... As a three-month owner of the television so far, I am very satisfied! The future will show how it will go...
