Used in a Delonghi machine that has a setting for water hardness. I use only Zagori water, which has low hardness, for my coffee and I have set the machine to accept water with low hardness.
Therefore, I need to descale it every 250-300 coffees. (If you use tap water or water with higher hardness, you will need to do it more often).
The process is very simple, explained in the instructions of the liquid and the machine.
Depending on the machine, the process or time may vary slightly. In mine, it takes about 15-20 minutes.

1) You put about 100 ml in the water container and fill it with filtered or bottled water (never tap water in coffee machines).
2) Press to release a small dose of coffee and leave it for about 20 minutes so that the liquid that has passed through the tubes can take effect.
3) Press to release the remaining doses until the water container is completely empty.
4) Fill ONLY with clean water and press to release multiple doses until the tube inside the machine is well rinsed.
*It goes without saying that coffee is not added during this whole process.For 1-2 machines and occasional cleaning, it is a good product. For more frequent use, you can follow the same process with plain vinegar for a more economical way.
