I bought it last year for about €18 and I've been using it these days in my office, next to my laptop. My first impressions are positive:

1. Small and compact
2. Water helps you cool down more compared to a regular fan
3. It's convenient to be powered directly from a USB port, as you don't need a socket if you have a laptop
4. It has two fan speeds, with the low one being sufficient as it is powerful
5. It has a timer with adjustable settings up to 12 hours (per hour), so you can set it and forget it during sleep and it will turn off at some point - if you don't turn it off yourself due to the noise!
6. It also works with 4 AA batteries, so you can have it in a space without access to a socket (e.g. camping?)

Negatives:
1. It's noisy. Quite noisy, to the point that if there's silence in the house, it will disturb others.
2. Mine creaked quite a bit from the first use, so more noise. I found that if I put something relatively heavy, like my phone, on the lid, the creaking stops completely and only the fan can be heard.

Overall, it seems to be well-built, so I hope it will last for the remaining heat this year, as well as for the coming years, since the desk fans I usually have don't last more than 1-2 years.
