  I had never used this type of exercise ball before, I can say that it does what it promises as long as you don't overdo it because I didn't hold it well during slow movements and it caused a blister on my little finger due to friction. The little bumps are indeed a bit annoying, but it's something you get used to. I will come back in a while to see if it will have the expected results in training my hand.
